Daisuke is the founder of Adult Ballet Wales and directs Children's Ballet Wales across South Wales with his wife, Ms Natalie.

Alesha
Alesha is a DDE-qualified teacher in Ballet and Modern, and holds professional training in various styles including ISTD qualifications in Tap, Modern Jazz, and Contemporary.
Over the past few years, Alesha has been teaching in several theatre and dance schools in Cardiff and is passionate about passing on her knowledge and watching her students grow and improve.
She teaches both dance and singing, assistant directs, and serves as lead musical director for local productions. She also produced her first short musical and is already looking forward to the next.
Alesha only started dancing at the age of 17. As a late starter herself, she brings a unique and fresh perspective on technique, strength-building, and maintaining a positive attitude — even during the most challenging classes.
She has a special passion for ballet and loves nothing more than watching her students achieve new things. Alesha has been thoroughly enjoying her time with Adult Ballet Wales and looks forward to working with every new student.
