Daisuke
"Daisuke began his ballet training at the age of 17.
Despite being a late starter, he became a professional ballet dancer with his passion and his positive philosophy.
After dancing professionally with several professional companies and national theatre, Daisuke decided to retire at the age of 29 years old.
After his retirement he gained a Diploma from Trinity College, 1st class honours degree in professional dance with Middlesex University, topped up with PGCE with the University of South Wales.
Now, Daisuke is a fully qualified professional ballet teacher with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) and holds a Fellowship qualification (currently the only ballet teacher to hold the qualification in Wales).
Daisuke is the founder of Adult Ballet Wales and he directs Children's Ballet Wales across South Wales with his wife, Ms Natalie.
He also lectures at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and Coleg Gwent.
He is a father of two young sons and a daughter. He sends his children to Montessori school as he strongly believes true education and independency are the way to develop life.
Daisuke's ambition is to raise Wales's standard of ballet through his unique style of coaching. He enjoys refining his knowledge based on his professional experience.
His mission is deepening his understanding of ballet, humans and life by supporting the progression of his students."
