Alesha

Alesha is a DDE-qualified teacher in Ballet and Modern and holds professional training in various other styles, including ISTD training in Tap, Modern Jazz, and Contemporary.
Over the past few years, Alesha has been teaching in several theatre and dance schools in Cardiff and is so happy to pass on her knowledge and watch how her students grow and improve.
She teaches both dance and singing, as well as assistant directing and being lead musical director for lots of local productions. She also produced her first short musical last year and can’t wait to do another.

Alesha only started dancing at the age of 17, and being a late starter feels that she can provide a unique and fresh take on tips for technique, strength-building and maintaining a positive attitude even during challenging classes. She has a special passion for ballet in particular and loves nothing more than watching her students achieve new things.

Alesha has been thoroughly enjoying her time with Adult Ballet Wales and is looking forward to working with students.
