Intermediate Ballet Monthly course

Service Description

This class is for adults who have a solid foundation in ballet and want to build on technique, strength, and artistry. It’s perfect if you’ve completed a beginner course or have some previous ballet experience. Through a combination of barre exercises, centre work, and combinations, you’ll continue to improve your posture, balance, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive environment. All levels welcome from beginner‑experienced adult students, but prior ballet experience is recommended.
