This course is for adults who have a solid ballet foundation and want to develop ready to advanced technique, strength, and artistry. Through barre exercises, centre work, and combinations, you’ll continue to improve alignment, flexibility, balance, and confidence while learning more challenging movements in a supportive environment. Ideal for students who have completed Basic level classes and want to progress their ballet skills further.
