How is your Summer going?
I am counting down to the high light event of the Summer!
Some of you already know that I have been to teacher's ballet course this August. It was an excellent opportunity for me to deepen my knowledge of ballet. I thought I knew much about dance as I research, experience and still strain in my own time. There are different layers and level in classical ballet.
I am not going to lie, and it was a struggle! However, it is taking time, but it is slowly but surely sinking inside of me to become self-knowledge, like digesting.
"God is in detail". One of my teachers' favourite word.
My style of teaching was to simplify ballet to a minimum.
I believe simple is beautiful; minimising is progression.
And, now, I am going to add artistry into it this Sunday.
I also wanted to bring something different to my work.
As I have known for the last few years, "Strength and Conditioning" are becoming extremely popular in the professional ballet world.
However, access is still limited only for professionals. However, I have wanted to break the border to provide a quality professional experience to you all.
I have met Mr C. Taggart at the ballet teacher's course.
He is a young, passionate and experienced specialist in strength and conditioning for ballet dancers. I am very excited for us to experience his principle of healthier and a better way of ballet training.
At the same time, I am aware this type of training isn't everyone's cup of tea. Therefore, if you decided to pass the session, you can have a cup of tea/coffee to catch as we ever hardly have time to talk.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
It is going to be a special day for us!
